We only accept returns and refunds/exchanges for defective and wrong products sent to you.
Email us within 5 days upon receiving the shipment package with the following information:
- Order number (eg #9999)
- Name of customer
- Attach pictures of defective/wrong product
Product must not be washed or worn.
Product must be shipped back within 14 days from the day you received your package with trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost mails.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
International taxes and custom fees are non refundable.
